As I have matured =) I have become a big fan of imported, craft and specialty beers favoring quality and flavor over quantity. As I try new beers I plan to log them here.

My wife Hye, who is an excellent beer shopper and never ceases to surprise me, picked out a Don de Dieu for me to try out.

Don de Dieu is a great triple wheat ale. Its light with a complex flavor that is slightly sweet and fruity. With a 9.0% alcohol by volume rating it packs a punch. It is brewed by Unibroue out of Quebec Canada. Unibroue also produces La Fin du Monde, one of my very favorite beers.
