If you have a cell phone that is capable of downloading free mp3 ringtones and wallpapers or you can hook up your phone to your PC or MAC to copy files you are welcome to download the free stuff I have here. Depending on your phone model and your carrier you may get charged by your carrier for downloading over WAP.

How to determine if your phone is capable of playing free ringtones:
About.com has a good resource to determine if you can play free ringtones on their site. They also have a bunch of free ringtones and stuff too. Try their ring tone compatibility test if you have no idea whether your phone can use free ringtones. Bear in mind my ringtones are mp3 so your phone will need mp3 playback capability as well as enough space to store the mp3 ringtones.

How to download via WAP browser:
1. Open the WAP browser on your phone and go to where you can enter a new address(URL).
2. Enter ppimp.com (that is ppimp.com -->nice short URL)
3. Choose art or ringtones and follow instructions and select what you want to download.
